Focus On: V Ave Shoe Repair

V Ave Shoe Repair was founded in 2004 in Stockholm by Astrid Olsson and Lee Cotter and has since flourished into an international brand.

The duo started out with an initial collection designed for women which focused on draped jersey and then launched the first men’s line in autumn 2006. Also in 2006 the first V AVE S.R. store opened in Södermalm, Stockholm. In 2010 the first international stand-alone stored opened in Singapore.

Designs comprise a combination of ready-to-wear and distinctive pieces, handmade in the atelier. The principle feature in designs is draping and deconstruction.
